The family behind the workshop

Doletin Mechanical is Samson and Wilma Doletin. If you have had your car looked after at BESTeam Mechanical on Bridge St, you already know us, same workshop, same people, now under the family name.

Samson is the one under the bonnet. He is the mechanic customers ask for by name in our Google reviews, and the reason a lot of Rockhampton Toyota, Euro and Japanese owners will not take their cars anywhere else. Wilma keeps the whole operation running straight, from bookings to the books.

We are open seven days because cars do not break down to a Monday to Friday schedule. You will find us inside the Caltex Berserker South, drop the car off, grab a coffee, and talk to the person who is actually doing the work.

The promise is simple: we tell you what the car needs, what it can wait on, and what it will cost, before we start. That is it. That is the whole business model.
